STANDARD SHOOTS
A MINIMUM OF 1 HOUR; 2+ HOURS FOR EVENTS


STANDARD PACKAGE - NO STUDIO

  • $150 per hour (including $20 initial deposit to book date. remaining $130 due at the end of the photoshoot.)
  • outdoors or other indoor locations, NOT including photo studio rental
  • full hour allows more time for variations in set & props and outfit changes
  • average of 60-80 photographs per hour; edited/retouched JPGS delivered digitally for unlimited online use


BIPOC/LGBTQ+ DISCOUNT: STANDARD PACKAGE - NO STUDIO

  • discounted rate for those who identify as BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+
  • sliding scale $80-100 per hour (including $20 initial deposit to book date. remaining $60-80 due at the end of the photoshoot.)
  • outdoors or other indoor locations, NOT including photo studio rental
  • full hour allows more time for variations in set & props and outfit changes
  • average of 60-80 photographs per hour; edited/retouched JPGS delivered digitally for unlimited online use

STANDARD STUDIO SHOOTS
shoots requiring studio rentals include a $100 studio fee, making the cost higher than shoots in non-studio locations, due to the minimum costs of photo studio rentals.


minimum studio rental cost breakdown = $135 for 2 hours (for 1 hour shoot, need to rent the studio for an extra hour for set-up and breakdown of set & equipment)

  • $50 x 2 hr = $100.00
  • Cleaning fee $10.00
  • Add-ons total $10.00
  • Processing fee $14.00
  • Taxes $1.00

  • $250 per hour (including $50 initial deposit to book date. remaining $200 due at the end of the photoshoot.)
  • will choose from a variety of photo studio rentals in the twin cities. a specific studio will be chosen based on client preference for lighting, backdrop, & props and availability on peerspace (rental website).
  • full hour allows more time for variations in set & props and outfit changes
  • average of 60-80 photographs per hour; edited/retouched JPGS delivered digitally for unlimited online use

shoots requiring studio rentals include a $75 studio fee, making the cost higher than shoots in non-studio locations, due to the minimum costs of photo studio rentals.


studio cost breakdown = $85 for 1 hour (1 hour is the minimum rental time + a half-hour shoot requires an extra half hour for set-up and breakdown)

  • $50 x 1 hr = $50.00
  • Cleaning fee $10.00

FAQ

What happens after I fill out & submit the booking form?

Once I have received your form submission:

  1. I will email or text you (let me know which method is preferred) and we can discuss what you're looking for in more detail. 
  2. I will send you a link to my calendar where you can choose a date & time slot.
  3. I will request a $20 deposit from you (via Venmo or Paypal), which is taken out of the overall booking cost.
  4. We will confirm more details together (outfits, backgrounds, props, location, etc.) before the shoot.
  5. I will send you an email and/or text reminder the day of.
Can I just email/DM you instead of filling out the booking form?

No, emailing or DMing me without filling out the form & choosing a slot on my calendar DOES NOT count as booking. You can contact me with initial inquiries, but please fill out the form afterwards.

How far in advance can I book you?

I only take bookings 30 days in advance, however, the farther away the date is, the more likely it is that something unexpected comes up and I have to reschedule with you.

Can I book you for a shoot the day of?

I allow for last-minute bookings 6 hours before the time slot. This way, I have enough time to prepare for the shoot.

What if I have booked you but have to cancel or reschedule?

Contact me about cancellations/rescheduling at least 6 hours in advance. The booking process must be repeated, along with sending another deposit, if you are rescheduling the shoot for 2 weeks or later.

What happens after the shoot? How soon will I get the pictures?
  1. full payment is due at the end of the shoot.
  2. I will confirm the email you want me to send pictures to.
  3. I will have the photos edited & sent to you at least 72 hours after the shoot (if it will take longer I will let you know).
